张彪,男,中共党员,2023年毕业于南京大学,工学博士学位。博士期间从事超导纳米线单光子探测器(SNSPD)响应机制和应用研究,以一作身份在超导和应用物理等领域发表SCI论文7篇,包括Phys. Rev. B, Phys. Rev. Appl., Appl. Phys. Lett., Supercond. Sci. Technol.等,参与发表SCI论文20余篇,获得发明专利授权6项。目前参与一项国家自然科学基金委重点项目,项目名称:中波红外超导单光子探测机制及器件研究,项目编号:12033002。近年来发表主要论文和所获专利如下:
